Exclusive event films for Jaguar filmed all over the country.

Mission statement

Jaguar and the event agency Korridor came to us with the desire to create a video from each of the six events they would have in the summer of 2022. The videos were not to be marketed, but used as organic material by the dealers. In addition, they wanted 20 images, both “general” without recognizable people (which is more durable), but also images that capture the good atmosphere during the event. With both the videos and the photos, they wanted to show the great and exclusive aspects of the events and make the viewer want to participate.

How to proceed

After a couple of digital meetings where we discussed the style and special requests for content, we started more detailed planning of the cinematic. Before and during the events, we had a continuous dialog with the event planner to get good control over the event. We were able to capture the atmosphere in a good way, while the participants enjoyed the event. Jaguar and Korridor were given the opportunity to provide feedback on the videos between each event so that we could make any corrections for the next time. We felt that we were given a lot of trust when it came to the cinematic solutions.

Strategy

These videos were created as organic content for the dealers in each city, i.e. not to be advertised. Jaguar received the videos in 16:9 and 4:5 formats to fit seamlessly into social media. In addition, the videos are a maximum of 1 minute long so that they are not too long to be published on the various platforms. The videos started with an eye-catching shot and the text “Jaguar Summer Experience” plus the name of both the city and the name of the dealer.

This was an assignment with a lot of events squeezed into a short time, which made it incredibly exciting! It was an intense period of work, but I had a great time. Korridor had put on some exceptional events that the participants really appreciated. This also shone through on camera, which is always fun. Having the opportunity to be at work but attend such events is something I really appreciate! The key words I would use for this assignment would have to be: Cool cars, great people, outstanding locations and carefully planned events!

Planning and organizing six completely different and unique events to be held continuously across the country is incredibly rewarding – and incredibly demanding. It’s fantastic to see how the guests enjoy themselves, and not least to capture this on film and in photos. Roza were efficient and great to work with, and the atmosphere we wanted to create was captured in a great way.

Results

After six successful events, Jaguar, its dealers and attendees have a video from each event to look back on. All the videos have been provided in both 16:9 and 4:5 formats. This makes them suitable for multiple platforms and more versatile in use. We reviewed the images and the retailers selected the 20 images they wanted. We are pleased with the result after a large and comprehensive project, and the good cooperation was crucial for everything to go so smoothly. Jaguar is left with a lot of good content after a successful event summer!
